I found staff ready to assist with printing tasks, demonstrating great kindness! our room was impressively spacious, easily accommodating the three of us, with a bathroom that matched its size. i appreciated the provided kettle, complete with coffee, sugar, tea, and powdered milk. A television and a hairdryer were available too. breakfast surprised me with its extensive selection!
the tram noise was quite noticeable and somewhat disruptive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection. The location is great, I could easily reach main attractions.
My room faced the street so there was lots of noise from the tram. I was offered earplugs at check-in. There was some drilling noise starting early in the morning. This made it hard to rest during the day.

I stayed for a week. the location was excellent. the breakfast had a lot of variety, it really set me up for the day. staff were friendly and helpful.
the tram noise was quite disruptive. my room faced the street, so it was difficult to sleep well with the trams passing frequently. earplugs helped, but i still found it a bit annoying.

i found the breakfast diversified with tasty, new options each day. the hotel provided a super clean room, a detail i value. the staff spoke different languages, a plus for international travelers.
the trams outside created disruptive noise, affecting my sleep. earplugs helped somewhat, but a quieter room would have been more restful. it is a pity the soundproofing wasn't better.
